Vendor Service Agreement

You operate as an independent business. Plnnit is a marketplace, not your employer or agent.

Plnnit retains a commission of 12% of each confirmed booking total. The commission is automatically deducted from the payout.

Vendor-initiated cancellations within 14 days of an event may incur a service penalty of up to 15% of the booking total and reduce your visibility.

You must arrive within the agreed buffer window and complete setup before the event start time. Repeated late arrivals can lead to suspension.

Keep your pricing, packages, and calendar current. Hosts rely on what you publish; misleading info is grounds for removal.

Search ranking is based on relevance, response time, ratings, completion rate, and policy compliance. Plnnit does not sell ranking. Optional 'Boost' placements are clearly labeled.

You confirm that you hold the licenses and insurance required for your category and jurisdiction (typically $1M general liability) and will provide proof on request.

Treat hosts and guests with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or unsafe conduct will result in removal.

Either party may end this Agreement at any time. Bookings already confirmed must still be fulfilled.
