Account info (name, email), event details you enter, vendor messages, payment metadata, and basic device/usage data.

To match you with vendors, generate AI blueprints, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We never sell your personal data.

When you generate a blueprint or chat with a Plnnit assistant, your event details are sent to our AI model providers solely to produce that response.

Vendors you book see the event details needed to deliver service. Payment processors and email providers receive only what's required for their function.

You can edit or delete your account from settings. Email us to request a full data export or deletion.

We keep account and event data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion for legal/tax records.
