Payment Terms

When you book a vendor, the full amount plus a 5% Plnnit service fee is authorized at booking and captured 24 hours before the event.

If you collect contributions or ticket payments from guests via a Plnnit invite, a payment processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 applies per transaction. Funds are paid to your linked bank account weekly.

Vendors are paid 24–72 hours after the event, less the 12% Plnnit commission and any disputed amounts.

All payments are processed in the currency selected on the listing or invite. Exchange differences are not refundable.

If a payment is disputed, the funds may be temporarily withheld pending investigation. You agree to cooperate in providing evidence.

Hosts and vendors are responsible for their own tax reporting. Plnnit may issue tax forms (e.g. 1099-K) where required by law.
