Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 to host an event. Keep your login details safe — you're responsible for activity on your account.

Plnnit is a marketplace that connects hosts with independent vendors. Plnnit does not perform the services itself and is not a party to the agreement between a host and a vendor.

Plnnit charges a service fee of 5% on each confirmed booking, shown clearly before checkout. Vendors set their own prices; Plnnit does not mark them up.

Host payments are processed by our payment provider. Funds are released to vendors after the event, less the Plnnit service fee. See Payment Terms for details.

Cancellation rights depend on timing — full policy in the Cancellation Policy. Service fees are refunded only when the cancellation is caused by the vendor or Plnnit.

If you collect contributions from guests via Plnnit invites, you are the merchant of record for those collections. Plnnit will pass collected funds to the host bank account, less processing fees.

No fraud, harassment, illegal events, or scraping. We may suspend accounts that put guests, vendors, or the platform at risk.

Plnnit is provided 'as is'. We're not liable for losses caused by a vendor's performance, no-show, or property damage at your event.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email and shown in-app before they take effect.
