Cancellation Policy

Refunds depend on how far ahead of the event the cancellation happens. The Plnnit service fee is non-refundable except where the cancellation is caused by the vendor or Plnnit.
Host cancellations
More than 30 days before the event: 90% refund of vendor fees. 14–30 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: no refund unless the vendor agrees.
Vendor cancellations
If a vendor cancels, you receive a full refund including the Plnnit service fee. We'll also help you re-book a replacement where possible.
Force majeure
Cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control (severe weather, government orders) are eligible for a credit toward a future booking.
Disputes
If something didn't match what was promised, open a dispute within 7 days of the event from your booking page.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
